CAA Flyer ID Data Exchange Consent
It is now a requirement that a Flyer ID is issued to all members that are using either the BMFA Registration Competency Certificate (RCC) or a BMFA Achievement Scheme Certificate obtained before 31/12/2020. For issuance of the Flyer ID we are required to share your personal data with the CAA and you agree that this can take place. Information is exchanged securely between both organisations. u have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you do not give your consent, you will need to obtain a Flyer ID directly from the CAA.

Confirmation of reading and understanding of the Article 16 Authorisation

You agree that you have read and understood the Article 16 Authorisation and agree to abide by its terms and conditions if operating within it.
