Over 25kg Inspection & Flight Test Requirements

The inspection and flight test minimum requirements for over 25kg aircraft vary depending on the MTOM and powerplant. In summary-

Final inspection by an inspector and senior inspector or two senior inspectors	12 flights / 2 hours	Flight test witness, inspector or senior inspector. At lest one flight must be witnessed by a senior inspector (ideally same senior inspector who carried out the final inspection)
